Short version: we keep what you type into our forms so we can build your preview and call you back. We don't sell it.
What we collect
When you send a form we receive what you typed: your trade, business name, phone, email, current website, budget and timing answers, and the page you sent it from. It is stored in our own database and sent to our team as a notification.
If analytics is switched on, we use Umami, which counts visits and a few events (form started, form sent, pricing viewed, demo played) without cookies and without identifying you.
What we do with it
We use it to build your preview, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent it. If you become a client, our contract covers your data from then on.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.
Deleting it
Email hello@renownsites.com and we delete your details within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
