Terms.

Plain terms for this website, and the guarantees we put in every contract.

Guarantees

These are short forms. The signed Schedule A in your contract holds the full wording, and it governs.

  1. Speed you check. Every page we build scores 90+ for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch, middle of three runs. If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days.
  2. Yours in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one. The code becomes yours as you pay for it. Leave and you keep everything.
  3. 60-second reply. Every web lead with valid contact details gets an automatic reply within 60 seconds. Switched on once we have time-tested it on your setup.
  4. On time or setup back. Your launch date goes in writing. If we miss it through our own delay, you can take every setup dollar back, in full.
  5. See it first. We build your preview before the call. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
  6. No trap. Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before the term ends.
  7. Live in 7 days. Growth sites go live within 7 days of your content approval. Premium launch dates are set in its proposal.

"Our own delay" is defined in Schedule A: days late, minus client delays, client-side third parties, force majeure and pauses for non-payment. The speed guarantee excludes anything added after launch or at your request (widgets, embeds, tracking tags, new images). We never guarantee search rankings, a number of leads, or revenue.

Prices

All prices on this site are in US dollars, plus applicable Washington sales tax, which is itemised on every invoice. Prices can change; the price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
